As a family operated nonprofit with deep roots in the community, we’ve proudly served individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism since 2000. From community homes to life sharing, housing, and behavioral supports, our approach is centered on the person—because that’s where meaningful change begins.

Change a Life & Make a Difference

Housing

HTTS helps people move into independent community living by creating budgets, assessments, and plans, and assisting with housemates if needed.

Community Homes (CLA)

Community Homes provide person-directed support to help individuals live independently, build life skills, and foster meaningful relationships.

LifeSharing

Lifesharing is when a person chooses to live in caring homes with host families or friends, fostering growth, independence, and meaningful community connections.

Community Supports

Community Supports help individuals live independently with budgeting, transportation, daily assistance, and community skill-building services.

Behavioral Supports

Behavioral Supports help individuals with intellectual disabilities manage challenges, build skills, and lead fulfilling, community-integrated lives.

Children's Services

Our children’s homes support youth ages 13–21 who require additional support, services, and individualized care by building life skills, independence, and community connection.
